Salacak Urban Park is a coastal urban design proposal for one of Istanbul’s most historic waterfronts in Üsküdar. The project reconnects the city with the sea by reactivating fragmented coastal nodes, strengthening landscape continuity, and transforming the shoreline from a traffic-dominated transfer surface into an accessible public park shaped by topography, ecology, and year-round urban life. The proposal received the Equivalent First Prize in the Salacak Coast Design Competition.
