An Erasmus+ project developed together with partners in Bulgaria and the EU. The project focused on strengthening the green skills of decision-makers, investors, and professionals involved in urban and regional development, with the aim of making Green Deal goals more actionable in real planning and implementation processes. It was active from May 2022 to January 2024 and combined training, strategic guidance, and practical tools for project development.
